DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: “Remember” Day 8 – “Remembering Freedom ”
Today’s Body Connection: Remember, when we are physically active and participating in a healthy lifestyle we free ourselves from body limitations. When we experience a deconditioned body, it holds us back from living a full life. When we live a sedentary life, everything becomes a struggle, from walking up steps to playing with our children. It is time to move and be free. The first step is set your intentions; the next is get into action. Get up off the couch and take a walk around the block. You are the key that unlocks the door to your own freedom. Only you can change you life, isn’t it about time?
Today’s Meditative Thought: You have the choice to manifest the life you desire, but it begins with releasing the things that are not a part of the Divine vision. Remember, your old experiences are just that: old. Let them go.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, remember that freedom is releasing the stuff that is not serving you any longer. This could mean people, places, jobs, ideas, thoughts, and relationships. Take the time to make a list of everything that is holding you back. And begin to let these things go.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I remember that I am the manifestation of God, made human; therefore I am blessed. I release everything that is not in alignment with this truth. Amen
