DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: “Remember” Day 17 – “The Bridge”
Today’s Body Connection: Our physical practice helps to bridge the gap between our desires and our greatness. When we set the intention for a life that is fulfilling, full of health and fitness, it is the action that brings the vision to life. When we participate in our workouts, it connects us to a space of infinite possibilities. Completing a vigorous training session or a long run reveals our greatest ability and potential to achieve anything and everything that we can conceive. Remember, the moments when you climbed to the top of a hill on a hike, or finished a bike ride, or when your trainer said, “well done,” at the conclusion of a workout, your energy is so high and the vibration is out of this world. We must ride that inspirational wave; it helps us to pursue our dreams. Apply that powerful feeling to everything you do. Watch your life expand beyond your current paradigm.
Today’s Meditative Thought: Remember, spiritual growth can only be achieved with a willingness to surrender to the practice. Meditation, prayer, affirmations, sacred study, fellowship, and generosity are the bridges to transformation. When we say yes to our own spiritual and physical growth, there must also be an action for the fulfillment of the intention.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, remember that what bridges our consciousness with God is the ability to connect with God. During your time in meditation, cultivate your connection to your higher self. Do not move until you know that you know.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, my practice expands my life, and there is nothing I can’t do. I stand in the knowing that I am one in God. Amen
