DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 21 “Your Purpose Is Always to Bring the Light”
Today’s Body Connection: Desk fitness is what you do when you don’t have time to get outside or go to a gym to exercise. While you are sitting at your desk, contract and relax your tummy muscles to work your abdominals. Stand and sit 25 times, three times a day, to work your legs. Make sure you continue to stretch your upper body to stay flexible during this sedentary time of your life. Any time is a great time to work out if you are willing. Your purpose for your life is to live it to the fullest. Be willing and you will recognize that each and every place is a great place to move the body-temple, letting the light shine.
Today’s Meditative Thought: When we ask the question, “Why am I here?” the answer is always to be a “bringer” of the Light. When we understand that we are the Light, then everywhere we go we carry each and every quality of God. Understand your mission. We are not in this part of our existence to get anything; we are here to bring forth the Universal presence. This is what gives our life meaning. This is what elevates our experience.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, set the intention to bring the light wherever you go. Tap into the God space before leaving for your daily destination. Begin to pray for the space you are heading to. Activate love; send the Light ahead to make the crooked path straight and the rough places nice and smooth.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, my life is a magnet for only good. I live as God, blessing the planet. I am one with the Light, and life is Divine. And so it is. Amen
