DAILY TRANSFORMATIONAL NUGGETS FOR THE BODY, MIND, AND SPIRIT: 31 Days of Celebrating Light – Day 27 “Living, Moving, and Having Our Being in the Light”
Today’s Body Connection: Circuit Training is the best way to train the full body. When you choose a circuit, you choose a holistic approach to fitness, all things considered. The Universe is complete and whole with many facets showing up as the Light itself. When we move through a complete circuit training session, we work the full body, moving from machine to machine or exercise to exercise. This is a great way to make sure that you keep your physical practice balanced and in check. Working the full body represents the fullness of god within. Remember, there is no right or wrong way; just options.
Today’s Meditative Thought: The first time I read the statement of truth, “We are living, moving, and have our being in God,” I did not fully understand what that meant. After years of contemplation, I now have a glimmer of understanding what that statement means to me, which is that everything we do, no matter what it is, is done in God. We live as the life of the Light. That is why we exist. Every move we make is done in the presence of God. There is no place that the Universal energy is not. Our being and existence is God eternal. Our life is full of Grace, God in action; therefore we can freely say we live, move, and have our being in God.
Today’s Action Plan: Today, your mission is to be aware that everything you do is in the Divine. God can only do for you what you allow God to do as you. Remind yourself that you are powered with the Grace of God.
Today’s Affirmation: Just for this moment…just for this breath, I am powered with the God energy and there is nothing that God cannot do through me. And so it is.
